Tuwiah (Tubi) Neustadt is a respected Content Production Director currently working at Central European Media Enterprises (CME). Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, and raised in Germany, As grated of the Israeli Film and TV School ,Neustadt started his career as an independent assistant director on several film and TV productions, including "Vincent – The Life and Death of Vincent Van Gogh" and "Das Schweigen Des Dichters"  

 

In Germany, he co-founded G.A.T. Film and Television Productions, where he developed numerous successful prime-time show formats for major German TV channels. In 2000, he sold his company to Endemol and became a member of their International Creative Board  .

 

In 2011, Neustadt returned to Israel and co-founded Constantin Entertainment Israel, producing various TV shows for Channel 2, including "The Voice of Israel," which received an honour from the Israeli Film Academy for Best Reality Show.

 

Since 2015, he has been working at CME, leading local production across six countries in the CEE region, where CME operates over 40 TV channels and the SVOD platform VOYO 

 

In addition to his role at CME, Neustadt is also a juror and member of the International Emmy Awards and serves as the President of the CME Content Academy Board.
